Mr. William Mirabile

Board Member

William Mirabile serves as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Capstone Lawrence, where he leads the firm’s global operations, governance infrastructure, and cross- practice alignment. As Head of the Investment Banking practice, he oversees a disciplined, multi-phase process spanning the full transaction lifecycle—from thesis to mandate—including investment materials, due diligence, underwriting validation, capital stack design, investor outreach, and funding execution.

With more than 30 years of operating and commercial leadership experience, Bill has worked alongside founders, boards, and executive teams to help organizations grow sustainably, raise capital responsibly, and improve execution. He has scaled businesses from $5 million to more than $500 million in revenue across AI-first technology, SaaS, managed services, energy, and distribution sectors, bringing a combination of financial rigor and hands-on leadership to every stage of growth.

A significant portion of Bill’s career has been dedicated to supporting nonprofit and public sector organizations, including school districts, municipalities, and community-based groups. His work is grounded in applying strong operational discipline in environments where resources are limited and impact matters most. At PiF Technologies, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer and Partner, approximately half of the client base consisted of nonprofit and public sector organizations. His work emphasized efficiency, transparency, and responsible stewardship of donor and grant funding—principles that continue to guide his approach today.

Bill also brings early career experience in the dental field, having begun with Interpore International (IMZ Dental Implants). In this role, he worked closely with oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and dental laboratories across South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, and collaborated with the Medical University of South Carolina on clinician education and training. This experience shaped a lasting respect for clinical providers and a deep appreciation for the role of accessible, high-quality care in strengthening communities.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Clark University and is a former NCAA baseball athlete, an experience that instilled a strong foundation in preparation, accountability, and teamwork.

Bill resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife, Catharine, a Charleston native who is thrilled to be home. Together, they are grateful to be part of a community centered on service and connection. For Bill, this chapter also represents an opportunity to give back his time and experience to a meaningful cause, and he is honored to support NCDO’s mission and contribute to its continued growth in delivering essential care to those who need it most.
